First - This can take a bit of time - PLAN ACCORDINGLY! Allow 2-3 weeks to counter any obstacles, issues, Acts of God or mistakes...seriously!
Patagonia is the designer, developer and manufacturer of some of the most durable and well engineered apparel available. Printing however is something we currently aren't handling directly, so we leave it up to people who specialize in this delicate operation. As of Decmber 2007, we are partnered with a great print shop to help you get your team uniforms printed by an expert with minimal effort on your part.
With our pricing arrangements and with the specifications below, we can help get you a shirt printed with your logo for less than $22.00 total price.
See the chart below for pricing based on a 40 shirt order - please note that like all print quotes, more shirts will probably be less cost; fewer shirts will be more. When we include free ground shipping from us to our partner printer, EFX, you really can't beat Patagonia quality and great total prcing. To clarify, you will be billed for the product from us (no shipping) and billed for the screening and shipping from the screener to you. |

* Additional Colors - $1.00 - 2.00 per color.
* Individual Names - $5.00 - $6.00 per name (Primary colors only, due to individual print processes, names are not considered designs).
* Numbers - $5.00 per shirt (Primary colors only, due to individual print processes, numbers are not considered designs).
* Prices listed above are examples of a typical 40 unit project. Your project costs may vary due to many different variables and we expect you to contact the above companies to calculate your exact costs based on your design.
* Patagonia is not responsible for any miscalculation or miscommunication between you and your printer. This is your responsibility.
* You will be billed for the product and ground shipping from us (Patagonia) and billed for the screening (no additional ground shipping) from the screener. Any additional expedited shipping will your responsibility. See UPS ground shipping time estimates here.
* In the process of ordering, you will be charged once for the uniform pieces by Patagonia; and once for the printing from the printer. 2 separate transactions.

| Ordering Processes and Procedures |
In the process of deciding your sizes and colors with Patagonia, please contact the above printer, preferably via e-mail with the following information to get a quote for your artwork:
- Indicate that you will be ordering from Patagonia Team Sports and who your contact there is - usually George or Alison.
- Your logo, a brief description and design specifications in camera ready .jpg, .ai, .eps, or .psd formats. This includes exact colors (PMS color #'s if possible), size dimensions and location.
- Any name or jersey # requirements.
- Total # of jerseys and/or shorts you will be ordering.
- Time requirements - Are you under time pressure or will receiving your order in a few weeks be acceptable?
- Eventual "Ship To" location.
- Your contact information including phone and e-mail and possibly fax.
- An example of an introductory letter/e-mail for a printing quotation can be viewed/copied here.
- Once satisfied with your quote and what your final job will look like, please indicate to George or Alison who you are working with when placing your order so we can it shipped quickly and accurately. |
