We recommend you use a introductory letter such as this when you first contact a printer. It includes all your contact information; clear details as to what you want done, how many pieces you'll be working with and how to get ahold of you. Poor communication is the leading cause of problems with orders, delivery and printing projects so make sure you are clear with all contacts. At the end of the day, it is your responsibility to get your order correct. Get everything in writing to ensure you and your team are taken care of well!

Dear Bob,

Can you please reply back with a quote on my printing project? I am purchasing some shirts from Patagonia Team Sales and my contact there is George Plomarity (or Alison Ferguson) and here are my details:

I am getting 60 Crimson shirts and 60 black shirts and I'd like to have my 2 color design that I've attached in an Adobe Illustrator format on the front. It should be centered and be no bigger than 5" wide by 6" tall.

The colors I would like to use are as follows: Main body of the Hawk-Blue PMS-286 and the feathers are Yellow PMS 116. This design was created on a Mac platform.

I'd also like #'s on the back and I've attached an Excel sheet with sizes and the corresponding #'s.

Can you please rely back to me via e-mail with your quote and time estimations. You can call my cell phone anytime or e-mail me anytime. Both are included above.

I will be shipping to my below address and I need these in three weeks - November 15th.

Ship to:

5546 Frankson St

Thank you,

Joe
